calling and hanging up. when i call it back noone answers then it hangs up

"Hello, this is Heather" I get calls from this # every few days. This is quite irritating because I have asked to be removed from their call lists on numerous occasions and they still keep calling me. Furthermore, the # that they are calling me on is an emergency communication asset aboard my passenger vessel and its purpose is to function as a redundancy back up for our emergency radio gear. Any non authorized use of that asset endangers my vessel, crew and company. In effect, their incessant calls could be characterized as acts of tampering with an emergency communications system. Such acts are considered by federal law enforcement specialists as felony crimes and could be considered as acts of terrorism. this phone number calls me on a daily basis and will never answer when I answer. I want to know who it is, I am sick of it....

I've gotten one call for two straight days now. The last time I received these calls, they were from Omaha Steaks. Just going on a limb.

I am getting calls from this no. since last few days, either it is a missed call or if I pick up the phone, nobody speaks from the other side.

Supposed to by Dept of financial crimes investigation. Same guy has also called with different personal name and no company name. Threatening messages left on phone.
